CONDITIONS

This is a simple, rule-of-thumb guide for participating musicians. We’re always happy to discuss special needs and try to support artists as much as possible — but our resources are limited. What you see here is meant to give you a realistic picture of what we can (and can’t) provide.

What Interpenetration Usually Provides:

  • A place to sleep (of decent quality)

  • One meal

  • Free drinks

  • A fee of €200 per musician

  • Travel support:
    Up to €50/person (national)
    Up to €100/person (international)

  • Video & audio recording of your concert

VENUES

We usually work with two venues — each with slightly different setups:

🕳️ WAKUUM
Concerts: First Thursday of each month (October–May)

  • Youth club / rock club vibe

  • PA system & sound engineer always available

  • Basic backline:
    • Guitar amp
    • Bass amp
    • Basic rock drumset
(Please don’t expect top-tier gear — it’s functional but simple)

🎭 ARTist’s
Concerts: Third Thursday of each month (October–May)

  • Small black box theater

  • PA system available

  • Sound engineer must be booked in advance

  • Basic drumset only — no other backline or instruments

🎹 Piano?
No. Neither venue has a piano.

EQUIPMENT POLICY

You are responsible for your instruments and anything essential to your sound.
We are responsible for translating your sound to the audience — meaning microphones, PA, and amplification for otherwise inaudible sources.

We cannot provide equipment beyond what the venues already offer.
If it’s not listed above — you need to bring it.
Please choose your date accordingly!

CONTRACT

We usually don’t require a written contract. Email confirmations serve as our agreement.

🔒 Important:
Your booking becomes final only after you’ve submitted the confirmation form.
Until then, the date is not secured.
